    thanks for this share. Yes, we cant all be models, and if someone has a few more weight doesnt mean that cant fee good about himself/herself. but, really, what is considered to be a model? A skinny women without any shape? Naaah…In the end, women with more elegant shape are more sexy, they are healthier, and more beautiful.

    We all can’t be the size 0 like the models and some women struggle their whole life with their weight. It is important to be healthy, but it is also important to accept yourself as you are. There is so much pressure these days to look a certain way, which is very damaging to women. Sounds like a great book.

  3. Learning to be comfortable in our own skin is something that really isn’t key in the communication we have with magazines and TV these days. I think more awareness should be raised around issues people have with the way they look.

    I think people are beautiful at any size and I wish the world was a bit more like me.
