1-expand-in-abundance

Drawing a line in the sand to expand your abundance flow.

We block our abundance from flowing into our lives by the words we speak and the thoughts we think. Then the actions we take based on those words and thoughts. It can be a downward spiral!
I was conscious that yesterday I had put myself in a downward spiral that definitely had me sending out some negative vibes.  Monday’s activities seem to have become Tuesday’s! Monday Manifesting has become Tuesday Manifesting for me 🙂

Amazing today everything that sent me spiralling downwards is flowing and I know being in the abundance of the beach, letting those ions onto my skin as I braved the winter sea- the water temperature has dropped below 20C ( 66 F). I felt abundant and alive as I swam. I know when I follow my regular morning what I call a spiritual practice of meditation,ACIM, journaling, morning pages followed by a beach walk my vibes are high. I am getting much more disciplined about not opening my computer first thing or checking facebook on my mobile. 🙂

When we are in lack and we use the words  I can’t ……, I am not …….., Don’t……… (You fill in the blanks) we are attracting negative thoughts into our vibrational bubble

When we can see that abundance surrounds us daily we raise our vibes and think positive thoughts.
This is a video I made earlier this year on Drawing a Line In the Sand to Expand into Abundance (Length 1.45min)

Today is a great day to say I expand in ABUNDANCE every day as I inspire others to do the same.

Let’s all expand in abundance today so we can inspire others to do the same.

Sometimes we need to draw a line in the sand to let lack release and allow the abundance to expand and flow.

lack-to abundance

How have you attracted abundance into your life today?

I asked the same question yesterday on my Facebook Page and these are a few of the responses

Nadia: I have attracted abundance today by allowing myself to cherish what I do have while focusing on what I desire more of

Minette: Love your painting! I am enjoying a day that is abundant with time to play, to create, to relax and to work a little. It feels easy and expansive!

NatashaIt’s all in the mind and what one puts out. I found myself with half of my typical income and as I searched for assistance the universe said nope. Then things began to open up and I like that so much more!

Colleen:I set the intention every morning that what I need will show up for me. I know that I choose to live an abundant life and that the Universe will respond to my desires as long as I am faithful to that belief.

Debra: begin with knowing that I’m abundant when I wake up in the morning and this mantra sets the tone for my day. Abundance comes in many forms time, space, love, joy and finances…all in divine timing.

Kelley: By being open hearted and loving! It is amazing how much love, joy and abundance are attracted in my life as a result!

Laura: First thing I do is my morning manifestation ritual. One of the things I do is a mudra for this!!!!! (Movement of Intention)

I would love to read how you have attracted abundance into your life today, please share in the comments below.

  1. Yep, it’s so easy to roll out of bed and turn on the cellphone/mobile/tablet/laptop… and at the end of the day to roll back to bed from the exact same device!

I love the thought that it’s OK to take time to look after yourself first, center your thoughts, mind and body. I must try it. From what you’ve said – it’ll actually make the rest of the day much more profitable!

    Thanks for the advice!

  2. I love seeing you at your happy place with the blue sky and ocean surrounding you! Thanks for leading the way to clarity and reminding us that what we think, do, and say matters! Today, I also enjoyed the abundance of blue sky, ocean and lave warmed water, and putting my hands in the earth to grow food-bearing plants. So lovely!

  3. Thanks so much for reminding us Suzie!!

It’s all about constantly feeding and nurturing the right attitude!!

Because with it, no obstacles can’t be managed or completely overcome!

And without it, even the tiniest acorn of temporary obstacles, can’t be overcome!!

  4. It’s amazing that the “little things” that we do not have a significant impact on us can derail our day and stop the flow of abundance. Thanks for sharing your journey. Knowing is sometimes the hardest part, followed by taking action. And this is what I hear you recommending from your personal experience, to eliminate or reduce the negative things in our lives.

  5. “I am getting much more disciplined about not opening my computer first thing or checking facebook on my mobile.” Oh, this is a biggie for me! I’ve got to get better about setting a morning routine that does not start with my i-phone! Think I’ll set a goal this week to start each day with a daily walk – will even set the alarm so I’ll make the time!

    1. Great Kimba, I know the odd morning something takes me away from my routine i have to be careful not to slip into old patterns. Enjoy those walks- they are a great grounding for the day ♡♡♡

  6. Like to many others I had to go through a crisis – couple actually – before I got the message about the importance of self-care but for the most part I think it sunk in. I’m still a maniac when it comes to work, but the difference between now and when I worked in the corporate world is I love what I’m doing so it doesn’t feel like work. Even with that, when the feeling hits me I have no problem taking an afternoon off to play. 🙂

    1. Me too Marty, amazing for me that my body now always seems to tell me when I must play or rest. As you say we and our bodies know when we are in the flow and being on purpose ♡♡♡

  7. I made some radical changes after my first hospitalization in ’14. I now leave at least three hours between waking up and starting work for self-care, movement, and whatever occurs to me to do, including my art, which I’m looking forward to resuming when I am moved and my supplies are unpacked!

    Blessings,
    Sue

    1. Hi Sue,
yes that morning self-care time makes a big difference to my daily mood and always helps the healing process. Maybe this week i will start morning painting again. Have fun when you get your paints out again
      love Suzie xxoo

  8. What a great and inspiring piece of advice Suzie,

This is the type of post we all need to be reading from time to time to keep us going.

You see, I’ve come to realize that humans usually create problems and obstacles for themselves with their own hands.

It all starts from our thoughts, how we view things. Think negative all the time and your whole life will be filled with negativity.

But when you always think positive and also affirm it all the time, everything about you will be a success.

That’s why there’s a saying that “The world is like a mirror which gives back to every person the true reflection of his thoughts”

    Wise saying indeed.

    Thanks for sharing

    1. Welcome Theodore,
Yes those thoughts, or as I say the words we speak and the thoughts we think affect our vibes whether negative or positive
Thanks for sharing the saying which is by William Makepeace Thackeray 🙂

  9. Love this blog post Suzie, it’s such a great discipline to get into not checking email or social media in order to allow the beautiful flow of abundance. Just another lovely thing to add to our month long abundance adventure in the Happiness Garden, big hugs xx

  10. “Allowing abundance”–what a nice phrase.

I allow abundance by fighting limiting beliefs, which have existed since forever. Some don’t notice, or won’t ever know, that it’s themselves who “stop” abundance from coming in.

  11. It’s a great post Suzie, and very timely for me too. Also great to read these comments and see that it is not just me that has a challenge re emails, FB and Twitter. I’ve noticed that sometimes I can be staring at my inbox, waiting for something to happen! Mad, definitely lack energy, and fortunately I can laugh at that. But I’m inspired now to get more disciplined about not opening emails etc until a certain time. It worked perfectly for me when I was writing my book and was very disciplined. Thank you everyone!

    1. Hi Jane, thank you. Yes the comments have surprised me and it is great to know we are not alone. You made me laugh with your comment about the inbox. My inbox is out of control again, sometimes a real purge is the only way. I too am getting much more disciplined about opening emails and unsubscribing. thank you for sharing ♡♡♡

  12. I love your colorful post, Suzie! I am deepening my connection to Spirit even more by lessening my time on Facebook. I am trusting in the Divine and myself, learning to live with uncertainty and not get caught up in fear or chaos. xx

    1. Lisa, your comment give me heart and hope 🙂 I like what you are doing and I know that the more time i spent in touch with my inner being the more balanced I am becoming and much calmer too/ I like the learning to live with uncertainty ♡♡♡

  13. ~ I am getting much more disciplined about not opening my computer first thing or checking facebook on my mobile. 🙂 ~

I LOVE that you are doing this as I have set the same intention 🙂 It really does mess with my abundance mentality. That franicky feel when checking my FB ‘ What did I miss!?’ Lack consciousness….not the way I wish to start my day!!

Now I do yoga and take walks and check my FB messages only after 9 am.

    Yay!

    1. Congrats Nadia, yes messing with our abundance and does not send out good vibes. I know that Waiting till much later in the day is a good move. Yes that what did I miss is a big one and really we have missed nothing except maybe getting a new product. blog post etc out. ♡♡♡

  14. Suzie, You nailed it! I really struggle with not looking at my phone first thing in the morning (it’s my alarm clock) to check email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. I feel much more peace & serenity in my day if I start it with morning pages, meditation, stretching. I know this….it’s just hard remembering to not go down the rabbit hole! Thanks for the reminder. 🙂

    1. Hi Tae, as i read through these comments i am surprised at how many of us are so challenged by this huge distraction. Maybe we all need something like AA to overcome out addictions 🙂 Let’s all move away from lack and stop going down the rabbit hole ♡♡♡

  15. Hi Suzie,
I know all too well what happens when I look at my phone first thing in the morning. Seriously derails whatever I had previously planned to do. Working my way through this incredibly addictively bad habit takes effort and conscious awareness on my part. Glad to see you sharing your journey through it as well.

    1. Oh Peggy You too:) It is as you say such an addictive habit- I know the days that i get to the beach without having opened anything on my mobile except my ACIM reading and meditation is great. My next challenge is turning on the computer and not opening gmail or facebook. Next week i am going to use rescue time. I also have to be much more disciplined with facebook groups- ♡♡♡
