Slience

Sometimes the universe gives you a nudge, and then another and when you get THREE,  I know it’s definitely time to take note and listen 🙂 👂

On Monday in our weekly business training the host Scotty Ze in the part on mindset, spoke about the importance of SILENCE, whether through meditation or being in nature. Spending time in silence is so important for all aspects of our life and business.

Silence through meditation and “knowing you” was at the forefront of Scotty’s session, not business strategy tips – which he acknowledged was probably what most were hanging out for 😊

Then yesterday I drew the Your Heart Knows Oracle Card and I wrote:

your heart knows

Your heart knows so today ask your 💓 what it wants you to know.

Meditate on in this and allow your guides to come through and whisper words to empower you and bring you joy today.

The message on the actual oracle card is

MORE SILENCE nudges

Today I opened the book The Power of the Heart, by Baptist de Pape, that had been recommended by one of our mentors, on another training call a few weeks ago,

The preface talks about how through silence Baptist’s life took a 360 degree turn.

This was after years of studying law, and as he puts it:

“I was only a signature away from a glorious career – I decided not to sign!”

He was guided to a class on YouTube with Oprah Winfrey and Eckhart Tolle, on the New Earth.

( I remember taking that course, too)

That experience totally changed his consciousness and his life. 𝌡

The next day he took Tolle’s advice: he went for a walk in the silence of the woods and felt the calmness not just around him, but within him. 🌳

Then he asked the question :

“What does life want from me?”

That really awakened me, as I asked a similar question back some seven years ago, sitting in a dialysis chair in meditation. 🧘‍

I asked what this was all about – “this” being the kidney collapse, the dialysis, all the heavy duty medication…, and received the message

That my journey was self-love. I would be healed, I heard, when I fully loved myself and it was my purpose to then open people’s hearts to love. 💜

“It’s all about love, you will be healed when you see and feel only love for you first,  then you will be all that you have to love and to give. When it is totally anchored in inner peace and that feeling of pure joy  allows the awakening that is already you to emerge. That’s the inspiration, that’s the ripple effect!” – Suzie 27/6/11

This is where HEART centered living comes in.

NOW Time for some reflection on my message and my purpose

Silence-deepak

So I was reminded today that my purpose, what brings me joy, is to open people’s hearts to love so they can create rivers of abundance in all areas of their life, that flow to freedom.

Today I am so excited. I pinch myself and ask how did I get so lucky to be gifted a business where I do this every day.

I’m excited by the thought that each person who catches the vision and joins my team receives the magical gift of a path to health, wealth, inner peace and freedom. 🌈 😘 💰🙏

Being able to build a business in such a heart centred way is truly amazing..

My Heart Whisper focused, Heart Centered business that I have tried in the past, in so many different ways, to successfully monetise, has a new life, one that excites me and is totally changing my life on many so levels. 🔥🔥🔥

My heart sings and I know I am living my truth. 💓

Do you wake excited for each and every day, knowing that you are being true to you?

I do. And I want to show others how to achieve that.

Maybe there is something here that tugs at your heart, 💓 you want more……..

You know that your heart wants you to play a bigger game where your message changes lives, where you can be true to you?

If so just drop a “Yes that’s me” comment below or contact me and we can chat.

Love Suzie xx 💜

  1. Going into the silence is the place I’m connected to that higher vibrational energy. I love the feeling. It’s where I create. Your thoughts as you sat with the water were just beautiful.

  2. Beautiful! Being silent and listening to your heart will always lead to surprising places and away from expectations and someone else’s dreams. Here is to living OUR lives, the one we were truly meant to live.

  3. As I wander down the path of transformation, I love your tweetable – “Opening into love, creating rivers of joy and abundance, leading to freedom”. YES! I am footprints away from complete freedom.

Thank you for this beautiful post. As always, perfect timing. <3

  4. Thank you for this inspiring post. Boy, that Baptiste de Papa had some courage as did you in the face of kidney failure. I have found that it does take guts to go against “the norm” and make decisions that go against conventional wisdom and standards, as I have. It leaves my parents and others scratching their heads at times, I know. But I have also found that it is right almost every time! 🙂

Thank you for your example and wisdom.

    1. Debbie, thank you I got goosebumps reading your comment. I know what you experience with parents and friends it is amazing how our inner wisdom knows our path. xo

  5. At this point, I am struggling a little with a few things in my life and reading what you wrote made me feel so much better, Suzie. Sometimes it is good to simply step back, sit down and contemplate, reflect. Even though I know what to do, the feelings I have create a barrier to thinking clearly. Thank you so much for your beautiful words. You are such an inspiration! And a wonderful example. Hugs!

    1. Thank you Vidya, delights me that this was a help to you. Yes stepping back and for me into silence I think this allows the heart to help us decide- the thinking -sometimes overthinking can stop us. thank you for your inspiring words xxoo

  6. This is a lovely post. I especially like your verse as you sit looking out over the water. You are so right about the silence, especially in Nature. I am silent and Nature speaks. Nature is not silent, the trees whisper their secrets, the birds sing their songs, the background music of the insects calms the spirit. My heart listens and my soul knows.

    1. Welcome Candi. I love this- My heart listens and my soul knows. Yes nature for sure is not silent, yes somehow for me the rolling waaves of the sea, etc empower me to really listen to my inner wisdom. xx

  7. This was a beautiful article Suzie! My heart was troubled the other day so I went for a walk. I asked God to refresh my thoughts and even though I was not gone long, I came home with the word “Love” imprinted in my mind. Love God first, love yourself and feel His love. My day was much better after that. I LOVE your testimonial and what you bring to the world.

    1. Thank you Nathalie and it is amazing how in the silence we find our message, our answers and more. I also am inspired by you connection to God and how you listen and are guided 💜

  8. Suzie, you are so right. What leads to our Joy comes from OUR Heart. We spend so much time trying to find our joy in the service of pleasing others first, and ourselves second. You brought True Joy back into the light.

    1. Thanks Kathleen love that I brought as you say “You brought True Joy back into the light”. Yes we have to remeber it is not selfish to feed ourselves first xo
