Listening To Your Heart Whispers Strengthens You Gratitude Muscle

Heart Whisper Day 1: I Listen

Welcome to Day 1 of The Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge:

 If you’re only just catching up with us today go here first to find out what you need to do to get ready.

We are going to start our daily gratitude practice with the first tool our gratitude journal.

Using your Gratitude Journal:

Each day you are going to record 5 things that you are grateful for. You can choose to do this either:

  1. As you start your day- this can set your day up in a positive and abundant way
  2. Or you might prefer to do this at the end of the each day and go to sleep wrapped in you blessings.

Not sure what time to do this – get quiet and listen to your Heart Whispers and be guided by them.

Then ask yourself: What am I grateful for today? and let the words flow

Here’s my 5 for this morning.

  1. I am grateful for my ugg boots that are keeping my feet warm on this cold morning
  2. I am grateful to the quietness of the house as I meditated this morning.
  3. I feel so blessed that my heart whispers have guided me to share my love and this challenge with you.
  4. I am grateful for the green juice I am having for breakfast that gives me energy and feeds my cells.
  5. I am grateful for the magic of nature as I look out on my garden and I am delighted by the pink flowers of the lasiandra.

Open you arms and be grateful for all the abundance you have in this moment

    When someone first suggested – years ago- that I spend time noting what I am grateful for everyday, I scoffed at the notion. Several years later, I wouldn’t think of not spending at least a few minutes each day reflecting on this very thing – and boy – does it ever make a difference in one’s sense of well-being. xo-Fran

      Yes you are so right when we aren’t giving thanks I fund my life is not as abundant and I am not in the flow. I know this morning I was bathed in joy as I gave thanks as I woke this morning Love Suzie ♡♡♡

  2. I love this, I’m grateful for the following 5 things today.
    1. A collaboration that I was able to do on my blog today thanks to a conference I attended over the weekend.

    2. I’m grateful for such great friends that support me in my business ventures.

    3. My two crazy kids that I would give the world to, they motivate me more than they know.

    4. My Babe, we are such an amazing team and I’m so thankful that we are able to divide and concur so that we are happy individually and as a family.

    5. Flex schedule at work, work life balance is everything and I’m grateful to have an employer who supports this way of thinking.
