The Power of Meditation

Meditation is healing, helps us sleep better, lowers blood pressure and makes us feel good. Be more fulfilled, let go of the stress and relax into stillness. This a meditation I recorded while doing my beach meditation.  I sit on a rock usually looking either towards the rising sun or facing out to the sea. Allow the sound of the sea to be the focus of your meditation. If you find you mind wandering just focus on the waves as they roll onto the shore.
