It’s Monday Inspiration Day!
The idea of the Gratitude Game came from Rich German. Rich posted this on Facebook on January 31st
Rich German: I’ve noticed that I’ve been taking gratitude for granted lately. So I’ve decided to play a Gratitude Game here on FB. For the next 100 days I will mention 1 person that I am grateful for in my life and why. If you like the idea, feel free to steal it.
I really like Rich’s idea and thought what a wonderful idea. So I thought it would be a wonderful practice for the next 30 days and is for me a great way to extend the gratitude practices I already have in my life.
I will be posting daily who I am grateful for on my facebook page , so you can join in there and I will share this game on a gratitude page here. You might like to write a few words or make a short video, I look forward to ramping up my gratitude stakes and reading each day who you are grateful for
Who are you grateful for today?
Today I am grateful to Rich for starting the Gratitude Game, for his openness and generosity, his inspirational videos, his energy that comes through in his videos and his pages. I am grateful to that he wrote me a testimonial for my book emergings several years ago.
