Sometimes do you start the day not at your best? Today was one of those starts to the day for me. Had the blues.So instead of dwelling on the blues I decided to go for walk to the little island beach where I got myself grounded by walking on the sand and dipping my toes in water. As I walked I was aware of the marvelous abundance mother nature showers on us daily. I took some photos and have made a movie for you of the abundance that raised my vibes this morning

What do you do to get yourself grounded when your vibes are low?

Daily Activitiy:

  1. Mirror work twice a day. I am saying I love and accept myself 21 time in the morning and again in the evening.  If you are finding yourself yawing read yesterday’s post

  1. I enjoyed watching the clip you did. The series of photos that you took for your clip is lovely!

    Your message is a great one to share! We don’t feel good all the time. So it is learning to recognize that it is okay and that we accept feeling that way. At the same time, we don’t allow ourselves to go into a negative tailspin. Instead we find ways to shift ourselves back into a positive state.

      I really appreciate your feedback and it does feel good to share my light. Yes the challenge is great for me too. As after yesterday I have woken up feeling much more focused, with clarity after moving through the blues yesterday. using ho’oponopono plus eft really shifted some energy.
