The Power of Gratitude

What am I grateful for today

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”- Melodie Beattie

Having an attitude of gratitude is fundamental in feeling good and being abundant. When we are grateful we attract more of what we do want in out lives and so many people talk and write about the power of being grateful. Today I am sharing one of the many ways I use to be grateful from my friend Brad Yates the EFT Wizard. Brad shows us how we can use EFT to strengthen your  attitude of gratitude. Happy tapping.

  1. Gratitude is powerful!
It moves your from being resentful for what ever lack or mersry you might be feeling to a state of thankfulness and actually seeing the glass half full.
It is not easy to get to this place but with constant practice one becomes grateful for life’s simple and might pleasures.

Hey.. I found your blog through the Blog Challenge..and I’m glad I did. I’m a Champion Realizone Coach or CREATe Coach, and I train the emotional energy systems and develop strengths of my “Champions” so they can positively affect their communities. One of the exercises I have them do is Positive Emotion Interval Training and gratitude is one of the emotions I have them do. I think I will study up on EFT and incorporate that into the training! I love learning new things.. thank you.

  3. I have a gratitude journal in which I give thanks everyday. Sometimes for big things and sometimes for little things. I’m grateful for so much in my life. I look back in my journal to see how rich and abundant my life has become since I’ve practised an attitude of gratitude.
I suggest to my clients to find 5 things a day to be grateful for and it has helped to change their lives too.
Lovely posts Suzie – keep them coming.
