BEach Inspirations: Be Hopeful

Hopeful thinking can get you out of your fear zone and into your appreciation zone.
 ~Martha Beck

Today’s BEach Inspiration was inspired by Marquita Herald’s (Marty) post Finding Hope When You Need it Most. As I read her words I was inspired:
I could write about the power of hope and provide you with a few “tips” on how to find it, but the truth is we already have hope. It’s inside each of us … sometimes, in the worst of times, we just need a gentle reminder.
I thought Be Hopeful would be a great  word for this BEach Inspiration series. I had already written down be honest and be healing – please share what H word you would like to see as part of this series.
When we are being hopeful magic happens. As I was sitting in stillness today these words flowed onto paper

When there is hope
There is light
There is love
And your heart will open
Into peace and
The miracle
That is you

We can find hope in any place when we look.

Where will you find hope today?

Hope is the little voice you hear whisper “maybe” when it seems the entire world is shouting ‘no!’ -Anon

All my love

  1. You are so right, Suzie! We all DO have hope inside of us even it has shrunk to the size of a little poppy seed. It is still there and it can grow! Thanks for this reminder! <3
