You can drown those fears in a bucket of water or a bowl, then have a bath, shower or go for a swim. The water seals you new way of seeing yourself..

Today we start the last 10 days of the challenge and and we are going to move into being grateful for the abundance that we do have in our life. So the card I drew is very appropriate.

Today’s Card:

Say Positive affirmations each morning to open the gates to manifestation.

Today  I have switched to the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle Deck that are specifically designed to help you manifest your goals, life purpose, and divinely inspired dreams. This is a set I have had for maybe 11 years and is well thumbed. One of my favorite sets.

The card asks you to start each day with positive intentions. So before arising from your bed in the morning spend a few minutes thinking about what you do desire. Make on or two positive statements or affirmations and then when you open your eyes you might write these in your gratitude journal or maybe on cards that you keep with you during the day.

 Today’s Activity: Be aware of the thoughts you think and the words you speak.

When we put out positive thoughts to the universe we raise our vibes and our manifesting muscle grows. Your heart smiles and so does our vibrational bubble 🙂

What is a vibrational bubble I hear you ask? Your vibrational bubble is the energy field that is around you. So if you are thinking positive thoughts that’s what you will be both sending out and feeling. If you are thinking negative thoughts that’s what you are sending out and feeling.

I know when I am thinking and feeling that life is not fair and things are not going the way I want then too I am including those in my vibrational bubble. I know Des says that he can feel my vibes across the room. Sometimes we don’t realize how powerful our vibes are and how other people can feel these.

When I am feeling joyful and grateful and happy and smiling I include that in my vibrational bubble and I feel good and radiate positive vibes and life flows simple and easily. I know people pick that up too. So when I focus on what I really really want in my life and include that  I am becoming more deliberate about what I want in my life and attract more.

Imagine you have a bubble around you and be aware of what you are including in your bubble.

So today:

  • be conscious of what you are putting in your vibrational bubble. Nip any of those negative thoughts in the bud before they change your state
  • Spend a minute or so when you wake setting you positive intentions for the day
  • Record one or two affirmations in your journal or on a card.

Practice rather than preach. Make of your life an affirmation, defined by your ideals, not the negation of others. Dare to the level of your capability then go beyond to a higher level ~  Alexander Haig

UPDATE: Things did not go according to plan today which was good in that I used my creativity to help Des get ready for a linkedin presentation tomorrow- he has a groovy new biz card and letterhead. The downside was that the dream board and video did not happen. So I have recorded a short meditation to get you in the flow and we will make the dream board tomorrow. Life happens and I am learning to let go and go with the flow. I made the decision to have an early night and catch up on sleep rather then burn the midnight oil and TRY to push my boundaries. I have learned that self-care has to be a priority for me.

Today’s Card:

Dana-goddessYou have Divine knowledge that can help others through your spiritual teaching.

Today I was guided to use my Goddess Guidance oracle cards.The card I pulled was Dana- High Priestess, (see picture above) after asking to be guided for todays action to keep pulling me forward and what would serve you.

The message from the card was You have wisdom which extends way back to ancient times. You’re brought this knowledge forward into your present life to be a wayshower so that others mat benefit from your experiences.   DO NOT delay in expressing this wisdom.  The beautiful goddess Dana pictured will help you in manifesting all this teaching, be it through teaching by example – i.e. through your writing or speaking.  It doesn’t matter which way you teach, the people will hear it!

Other things which maybe resonating with you can be to:

  • Lead a workshop
  • Write books or articles- I know it is time to finish writing: Lucky to Be Alive​: My Dialysis Moment: How I Learned the Healing Power of Self-Love.
  • LOOK for opportunities to teach

I know this is true as I have had some very wise people  telling me this for the past 4 years or so , the universe has intervened and recently I had a soul reading  recently that confirmed this too.

The card I pulled was Self-Respect, (see picture above) after asking to be guided for todays action to keep pulling me forward and what would serve you.

My Prayer:  Dear God and Angels, thank you  for helping me see myself as you see me: through the eyes of love.  Thank you for honoring and respecting me — please guide me to do the same for myself, and grant me the courage to speak up on my own behalf.  I ask for your protection in all of my relationships so that I am surrounded by loving and kind people.”

Today’s Activity: This follows yesterdays 7 wonders of you introduction? Did you come up with the 7 wonders of you? Did you use the worksheet or make your own? Now we are ready to make the dream board

To make the Gratitude dream board  that will celebrate the wonders in your own life you have several choices. Check these out and next week I will share one of my boards with you.  There are many  tools you can use. Here are some ideas for you.

  1. You can take you 7 wonders and find one or two pictures from magazines that you can then stick onto card.
  2. You can collect pictures from the web of your 7 wonders and use Powerpoint, Keynote or even presentation from Google drive.
  3. You can use free online dream board makers like  Oprah‘s Dream Board  or  Vision Board dream board maker
  4. Make one on your smartphone with a free app from Jack Canfield for both iphone and android. I have just played with this and it is fun.
  5. You can make a board on Pinterest and you can keep this private or share it.
  6. Use a pin board or a magnetic board so you can change the images.
  7. Take your images and add music and make it into your dream movie.

My Five today:

  • I am grateful for the abundance of comfrey, kale, limes and herbs that a friend gave me today, such a blessing and so good for my body.
  • I am grateful for the message I heard to from Joel Osteen on It’s too small. reminded me to think bigger
  • I am grateful for the love and abundance I get from the power of sight. At the beach I marveled at the perfect blue sky, the clear water, the white of the waves, the sunlight shimmering on the water, the patterns the waves make as they ebb and flow. This raises my vibes and fills my heart with love.
  • I am grateful for the yummy lime torte a friend made and shared with us and for the conversation
  • I am grateful to me as I took time just for me to bliss out and just be.

Today’s card Pay attention to your dreams  and Doreen Virtue’s words  are great today. I had been planning to introduce a dream (vision) board exercise this weekend.

Are you good at remembering your dreams? I rarely dream, or maybe I should say I don’t recall my dreams.

My Prayer: Thank you for tucking me into bed tonight and helping me enjoy a wonderfully restful night’s sleep. Archangel Michael i invite you into my dreams, as my teacher, guide and healer. Please allow me to understand this  ( put in your situation) on a spiritual level and give me guidance

The message my guides gave me today when I journaled after drawing this card was:

So tonight ask Archangel Michael to help remember you dreams and record them when you wake or get a nudge in the middle of the night.You have a dream book so start to use it and it will really help you release those final fears that are stopping you full living your purpose. make a gratitude dream board too.

The message from the card reminded me  although I may not remember my dreams, the information resides in my subconscious and helps me in many ways. the dream journal will prove access to Archangel Michael’s counsel.

Today’s Activity: This comes from The Vision Board Bookby Joyce Schwartz. I received my Vision Board coaching certification  and  the wonderful award  of the Vision Board Coach of the year for 2013from Joyce.

The 7 wonders of you:This is an activity I use with my clients to get into a state of gratitude about their talents and when maybe they have hit a gratitude brick wall and can’t see all the abundance that they have to be thankful for. It happens. I know the other day I was doing my daily five and I went blank.  So if y0u get stuck this mindmap  I found on Pinterest might be useful

Now back to the 7 Wonders of you. We are going to make a Gratitude vision board over the next two days that will celebrate the wonders in your own life. often we forget to be grateful just for being. So to get inspired for this we are going to focus on this 7 wonders of you activity.  To WONDER-To be filled with admiration.

Do you take time to appreciate the wonder of you? Are you grateful for living?

So what are the 7 wonders of your life? What are the states of being that inspire you, that give you a sense of purpose, make your heart sing and fill your heart with joy. You can always ask a friend or your partner what they see as the wonder of you.  For TALK came from Des as we were walking on the beach this afternoon and I was sharing this exercise with him. He reminded me of what how my talks and interviews inspire others

Here are my initial ones that I am going to put into my dreams tonight and tomorrow meditate on:

Play with the idea and see what you come up with. Start with 2 or 3 and add to it. Tomorrow we will expand on this and them make a Gratitude dream board based on your 7 wonders of you. You can download a blank one here.

Today’s card Have Confidence  and Doreen Virtue’s words seem to be what I really needed to hear. I have had a day that hasn’t gone anywhere near where I planned. The meditation I was going to make for you today will have to wait until tomorrow or the next day. Some good has come out of some of my distractions.:)

  • I am grateful to PJ Van Hulle and her wonderful interview with Morgana Rae that I listened to while still tucked up in bed.  This was one of 3 light bulbs that went off for me this morning about getting my message out through speaking. Then on facebook I saw two more messages  about speaking from my friend the awesome left thumb blogger Glenda Watson Hyatt and Jennie Armato. Universe trying to get me to say yes?:) Now I will stop procrastinating on finishing my bookattitude of gratitude
  • I am grateful for the curry and kaffir lime curry recipe my brother gave me it was a yummy dinner and I forgot the pictures!
  • I am grateful for our local library and the wonderful selection of books they have. Today I borrowed Robert Holden’s Loveability Audio Book and Sonia Choquette’s latest Book Tune In: Let Your Intuition Guide You to Fulfillment and Flow
  • I am grateful the my smartphone and the great meditation app  Insight Timer where I found a great gratitude meditation which you can download here
  • I am grateful for the daily abundance of magic that nature provides for me stating with the birds singing, the wind that dries the clothes,  the soft green grass and more.

Today as we move into the second half of the challenge the prayer and message from today’s card Go Forward Fearlessly  and Doreen Virtue’s words sing to my heart: 

My Prayer: Thank you for walking with me every step of the way, for holding my hand, giving me confidence and courage, and guiding my thoughts and actions in the direction of LOVE and my true life’s purpose.

The Message: This card is a sign that you’re on the right path and it’s safe for you to move forward with your plans. As long as you hold intentions that are focused on your heart’s true desire, your steps will automatically poised in the right direction. Right now it’s important for you to take action – no matter how small or seemingly inconsequential – toward your desired outcome. Ask Archangel Michael for guidance by saying “Please show me the next step'” and he’ll come to your aid.

Maybe some of these words resonated for you too.  I know for me it is time to shift into action and acknowledge myself daily for the steps I take that pull me forward, so yes give thanks to ME. A breathing activity followed by a prayer, to increase the feelings of love.  You might like to put on some mediation music, get quiet and start by breathing into your heart:

Next read or speak out loud the words of the poem  below. I found speaking the words out loud allowed me to connect with the love more easily. Keep breathing into your heart.You might like to repeat this or just sit in silence and feel you heart filled with love.

Trust Your Heart Whispers They are Guiding You To Your New Beginnings

Three years ago today I was lying in a bed in Tweed Hospital being told I had 25% chance of recovery from a total kidney failure. I told the Doctor that day I was going to meditate, use my Law of Attraction tools and go home. These past 3 years have been a journey and one where I have been guided by my Heart Whispers and now I do trust them. I celebrate my life. Then was a new beginning as is today. It was also an opportunity for change in many ways.

Just 2 weeks ago Des commented on how I finally had energy again. I now can spend a day, with breaks sitting at my desk, rather than having a laptop on my lap on the bed which a friend reminded me I was still doing until a couple of months ago. So today I am very grateful for my life and the gifts this journey has given me. So the card I drew today seemed really spot on for stepping up and sharing my healing journey in ways that will help and empower others. I feel very blessed.  Note to self- get the book Lucky to Be Alive​: My Dialysis Moment: How I Learned the Healing Power of Self-Love  finished!

Today’s I was guided as I was shuffling the cards to split the pack into 3 and draw from the middle, then to the left and right. The main card I drew New Beginnings and a Fresh Start resonated following on from yesterday’s card. the card on the left reaffirming That Prayer will help This Situation, and that is true for me, I have been talking about prayer and…….. then the third card  Let Go of Fear….NOW appeared again? That said to me to have this new beginning you must let go of all fear.

While we are stuck in fear, I know I have been there, it can be challenging to see a way forward,

 Archangel Michel Cards for today My Prayer: Thank you for bringing new opportunities and offering support, and for helping me to release and heal my past. Fill me with trust as I experience life changes.

Follow One Course Until Successful

Do you often feel you are powering ahead, you have decided to follow once course, you have a plan and you can see the finish?

THEN something happens that takes you right away from your plan?

I have had two of those days and as crazy as it may seem I was able to be grateful for the incident today that took me away from my plan. My picture was having 7 hearts up on Red Bubble as cards and prints and my Heart Whisper Instagram account started. Not to be. Our account had been restricted at Hostgator.   I have to say support was awesome and took action that got the account unrestricted, I was also given a link to GTmatrix that was initially devastating so many errors on my site.  The picture on the left, explains the slowness in the loading of my site, plus all the errors, not a pretty picture . There is still work to do and why I am grateful is twofold. I have been planning to get my site cleaned up, new theme and both speed it up and make it more user friendly. In fixing the site I have lost sidebar info and the  banner has shrunk. Now comes the hard part- I like everything to look good. This time i will leave it and get the new theme design done. Sometimes things have to be thanked and let go of. I am doing this with  my current Genesis theme, Minimum pro, which isn’t working for me,  and going to move to using DIVI from Elegant themes

  • I am grateful for  having our account restricted as the end result is a much faster loading website
  • I am grateful for the great help the chat desk at hostgator  gave today and for sharing GTMetrix with me 🙂
  • I am grateful for my growing patience and acceptance  I have when things don’t go to plan, no anger , no cursing, just got on with clearing the caches etc. Plus patiently kept my eye on the clock as I had to wait 29 minutes for support with Hostgator
  • I am grateful for skype, I really love skype as it allows me to keep in touch with family and friends  and more. I enjoyed time with my cousin today.
  • I am grateful that I saw the positive in today’s setback as it shows me the shifts I am making. i can remember a time when  Iwould have ranted and raved, seen things as unfair 🙂

Let Go Of Fear ….NOW

‘The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.’ Franklin D. Roosevelt 

This morning when I was scanning my facebook wall I stopped at the image below, acronyms for fear that a friend had shared. Interesting I thought as I was used to used the more familiar acronym:False Evidence Appearing Real.  Two different meanings for the word that I see as being the opposite of love. will you run or rise?Fear has 2 meanings

As Marianne Williamson says: “Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we learn. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and prejudices and the acceptance of love back in our hearts. Love is the essential reality and our purpose on earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life. Meaning does not lie in things. Meaning lies in us.”

And her famous words: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure….”

Then it was time to draw the card for the day and when The Let Go of Fear now appeared I felt I had been guided for today’s theme:  Letting go of FEAR. I know we released fear on day 7 and it arose again on Day 11. Looks like I have some more fear to face than I was aware of. Time for some journaling I think.

Fear is one of the things that holds me back and I need to spend more than one day releasing. Let’s make this a day we really let go of the control that often is so strong we can’t see it. So the more grateful we are the easier if becomes to step away from fear and into love.

Let go of the fear My Prayer: Archangel Michael, please keep me safe and deserving of your guidance. Thank you for clearing me of heavy, toxic, or ego-based thoughts or feelings.

The Message: Archangel Michael says that fear is the only thing thing interfering with your happiness and your plans. he wants to show you how to release any fear, worry or dread so you can feel safe and secure. This card indicates that you are ready to let go of control issues and trust that everything ultimately works out for the best.

  • I am grateful for my love of cooking and the yummy stir fry dinner we had tonight, that Des said was special
  • I feel so blessed each day that  Des surrounds me with so much love and support. One lucky girl.

How did you feel if you did the full moon release?  Did you put a glass of water out under the moonlight with a crystal in it? I did and this morning I got to drink a very smooth tasting glass of water.

Do you believe in the healing power of love?

Today I had decided to focus on being grateful for the healing power of love and then I drew the card Focus Upon Divine and Perfect Health from Archangel Michael Oracle Cards. In sync 🙂 When we fully embrace the love that is within, miracles can happen. Do you see yourself as whole and healed? I know for me some days I wonder what more I can do to heal my bones, especially when  I have to get the heat pad out for my back pain as I did today. Today’s card reminds me to visualize the healing having taken place and to be more consistent with my exercises. A great reminder on many levels.

My Prayer: God and Archangel Michael, THANK YOU for continuously reminding me to focus upon perfect health, and for guiding my actions so that they support my well being.

The Message: The key to good health  is to focus on your well being, instead of illness or injury. You drew this card as a reminder to stay centered on your desires – not your fears. Bodies react to love and fear so choose the former. Pour genuine love and affection onto your  cells. Visualise and expect perfect health for yourself and others. Speak of yourself and loved ones in terms of perfect health affirming that is all is well.

  • I am grateful that I trusted I could heal myself through mediation, visioning, journaling, my thoughts and food.
  • I am grateful to the local library for the book I am reading on Whole Health: A Holistic Approach to Healing for the 21st Century by Mark Mincolla who says “You must first understand Food Is Medicine before you unlock your true healing potential”
  • I am grateful to the local farmers for their wonderful fresh greens I bought today that feed my body goodness.Healthy Eating
  • I am grateful for the fresh water I drink daily which is a must in the healing process.
  • I am truly grateful for my healthy lifestyle, the gift I give to me each day.

Day 11: Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge: Release with The Full Moon

Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge Day11

Welcome to Day 11 of The Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge

Full Moon Releasing Ceremony

Today July 12th is  Full Moon (perigee) It is a Super Moon that is also known as a Thunder Moon or Buck Moon in the Northern Hemisphere and a Wolf Moon, Old Moon,or Ice Moon in the southern hemisphere,.

The new moon is a time for renewal, setting goals, (I prefer to use the word intention ) planting seeds and for reflection. A time of cleansing, releasing and new beginnings.  Time to step up and even shine. Do what you are here to do.

I have documented this process last year and here are the paintings I did at the time.

Full-moon release

So what we are going to do today is  get together

  • A candle + a lighter or a box of matches
  • A fireproof bowl
  • A glass of water that you have charged with a crystal- take a quartz crystal and put it in a glass with the water and put out under the moon or on a window sill.
  • Pen and Paper
  • Your Journal

Moon ceremony

Set aside 15 – 20 minutes to do the moon releasing ceremony. Depending on the weather, ideally do this outside under the moon’s light or if weather prevents this try to be by a window where you can see of feel the energy of the super moon. Even if it is raining or the sky is obscured by cloud, the moon’s energy will still touch you. Make sure it is quiet.

  • Light your candle and lay out your bowl and pen and paper in front of you.
  • Then pull down the moon’s light and wrap it around you and say thank you to the moon. Take several deep breaths and center yourself.
  • Then ask your heart what you will release to the full moon tonight that will help you move towards you intention. Make a list and making sure you are releasing what no longer serves you. I have written what I will release and allowed the words to flow from my heart as I sat in stillness. Now sign and date the page. You can do this earlier in the evening if you wish. Follow your heart. I have written out what I will release and will do the exercise before I go to bed, when the super moon is high in the sky. Yes I have put it into a heart. ♡ BTW the moon is awesome and so big.

  • Now you have your list you are going to breathe into your heart and say thank you, I now release you. You can do this for each item on the list or collectively. So I would say” Thank you fear, I now release you, Thank you, I now release everything that no longer serves me, I am stepping into my true light and embracing my gifts to create change in my life and the world.” I am truly grateful for the lessons you have given me.
  • Then take you paper and light it from the candle and throw it into the empty bowl watch the flames and see all you new intentions beginning to manifest as the smoke billow upwards. Make sure your truly are ready to release what you have listed. If the paper is not burning quickly, get still and ask your heart what you need to do to release what no longer serves you.  Allow the answer to come. Breath into this.
  • When the paper has burnt fully look up at the moon and say thank you.  I am truly grateful for your light and energy. I then put my hands into prayer position and bow to the moon, You might like to sit in silence for a few minutes after this
  • Then take out your journal and note any thoughts, inspiration that is coming to you after the release
  • Then if you haven’t already done so
    1. Write down five things you are grateful for today
    2. Count your blessings one by one as you started to on Day 6.
    3. Use Ho’oponopono if that speaks to you
  • Then head to bed for a moon blessed sleep
  • In the morning drink the crystal moon charged water- do take the crystal out first. This will help anchor your intentions. Might be a good time to meditate too.Super Moon 12714

Today’s card from the  Archangel Michael Oracle Cards, which we will be using for the next 10 days unless I am guided otherwise. Moving forward fearlessly means we do have to release old thinking, patterns and more to move into the person we are becoming and the message to are going to share. Bit scary!

We are a third of the way through the challenge so I think today’s card is appropriate as it fits brilliantly with today’s gratitude activity. Reward Yourself : Celebrate YOU. Sometime, often really we celebrate others wins, how often do you celebrate you wins? Sometimes we need to forgive first and then celebrate. Be forgiving for being too hard on yourself, feeling you are not enough. You might have missed a day of recording you 5 things 🙂

Today celebrate you, I know if might be a bit confusing to have forgiveness in with celebration. Self forgiveness is a starting point for healing you. Maybe you find it easy to forgive yourself. I know that over the many years of personal growth work I have discovered that I have had to forgive myself quite often. It is easy to beat up on you, sometimes it becomes something that it might take your partner or friend to point out to you.

Des often picks me up on my language when I have done something I know is stupid and then I call myself stupid- not a very smart thing to do!

Today we are going to do Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) which is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.Watch the video and then do the exercise.  It’s very simple and something I use for healing, calming down, if I can’t sleep, lowering my blood pressure, while I am driving- great if you are stuck in traffic. You may feel a shift in how you feel about you. You might even feel your heart whisper.

Are you still looking outside your self for the answers to what you will do next. You MUST decide what you want before change can take place. Take time out to mediate on your true heart’s desire, really clarify what you do want. 🙂
