Monday Inspiration: Balance

Balance: Word of the week

“Be aware of wonder. Live a balanced life – learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance and play and work every day some.” – Robert Fulghum

This was to be my word of the week post that when I went to save it and post late last night and the was an empty page.

I like the comment I have this morning from @elliewalsh on twitter

Ellie Walsh

When I woke up this morning I got the message that maybe my blog was missing it’s regular dose of Monday Inspiration. so Monday Inspiration is back. I have included the photo below which supports Ellie’s  words.:) This is a pose I do most morning when we are doing our morning beach exercises and today I was perfectly balanced and held the pose for about 50 seconds. Seems like the Universe might know.

  1. “Balance”… I love it. More importantly, I NEED it. My life has become very unbalanced lately due to a variety of things. But your post is a vivid reminder that with balance in one’s life, you are at risk of not being able to accomplish any of those things that must be. And it can become a vicious circle. The more you try to “get it all done”, the more un-balanced things get, the less you get done, the more you try and on it goes.

    1. Hi Charles,
thanks for dropping by, I understand what you are saying and if one is out of balance for me overwhelm sets in and I become paralized
