  1. Great Interview! I love what Angela is talking about! So important to meditate… As you know, Suzie, I recently did a survey and was surprised at how many people don’t meditate!
    But I can’t meditate in bed … I fall right back to sleep and I am off and gone for at least 1 hour! 🙂 But … I do meditate after my first cup of coffee!

      Love it- we all have our own ways of meditating- my ffave place is the beach. I can meditate siting up in bed and do like to meditate before breakfast and my green tea 🙂
