The blank white canvas today called for cream so instead of starting out with my crayons and my bright colors I squeezed out some cream, white paint and gold from the tubes. I allowed the brush to flow and then I painted and overlaid to create what resembled for me the whispers of angels. The subtleness of this painting quite surprised me. There are many layers and I felt like I was being guided in the mark making and overlaying that took place. I did have to listen to the inner voice to know when to stop and not overwork the painting. I am now thinking in my practical mode and thought what a great backdrop this will make for some videos

I love this one! It looks like a tranquil meadow somewhere. I would love to just go lay down in the tall cool grasses and watch the clouds passing overhead!
